As per our disclaimer on Viator / TripAdvisor / Expedia, we require Credit Card Information and Authorization Form on file, prior to vehicle dispatch, for the following reasons (third parties do not share financial info with us):

Your convenience of gratuity to the driver at the end of the tour, based on the total gross amount.
Standard 20% gratuity processed to card on file, based on total gross amount (Base + Extra time, if any) after the tour.
In case your group chooses to stay out later than the prepaid tour's hours via Viator / TripAdvisor / Expedia.
Each additional hour is only $85 (SUV).
Just in case of any severe accidents that may occur in the vehicle where heavy-duty cleaning costs are needed (motion sickness, etc).
$49 Customization Fee per Itinerary — applies ONLY if the reservation is canceled after the customized itinerary has already been emailed to the client.
$45 fuel surcharge due to high gas prices will be charged automatically to the card on file if not covered by voucher from TripAdvisor, Viator, GetYourGuide, etc.

DISCLAIMER: All deposits are NON refundable, if cancelled less than 72hrs prior to departure. 24hr Cancellation Policy. 100% of Cost is Non-refundable, if Tour is Cancelled by guest within 24hrs prior to departure date. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00, if loss of bodily fluids occurs. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the trip without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted. Overtime charges apply after the first 10 minutes (grace period) of the prearranged time described on the run sheet. Overtime beyond 10 minutes is rounded up to the next 30-minute increment at $85/hr ($42.50 per half hour, SUV). Standard 20% Gratuity added to total amount after trip completion based on total gross amount (Base Rate + Overtime, if any) before any discounts. Cash tips appreciated. If the cash tip is less than 20%, the difference will be charged to the card, after trip completion. We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
